TBF Arya has had probably the most gentle (non-creepy) arc, all that neck stabbing aside. Much better than an in-bred princess sold into sex-slavery who sees her mean brother die horribly, miscarries, starves in the desert, crucifies a bunch of people, sees her pet dragon kill a heap of people including kids, gets boned every-which way by a hardened mercenary, runs away and shits herself in the scrub, all before she turns 15 years old.

Way smarter. Decades from now the kid will be able to tell people that her now-deceased parents were opera fans or conceived her in a fancy hotel in Vegas rather than explaining that she was named after a character on that dragon show nobody remembers very well that was a big deal on the TV back in the day.
