When I first saw Band of Brothers, I thought Livingston was playing a young Richard Nixon because I was stupid. I do remember thinking it wasn't a bad bit of casting until I realized he was playing Lewis Nixon.

Keep in mind that Sir Billi was Sean Connery's last acting role, and the only work he had done since The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.

He's only doing it because its a Scottish animation company and he's trying to get them a higher profile. Probably the same reason Alan Cumming is in it.

I feel as if this Scottish animation studio is going to see the opposite happen to it. I still wish the original trailer was still online; after it was posted to the net several years ago, it seems that shortly afterwards, all copies of it were scrubbed entirely from existance. It might be out there, somewhere, but it seems like it'd be incredibly difficult to track down.

The Aston Martin in the Billi poster is an amusing touch. Connery's only done this because he's a strong supporter of Scottish arts - even giving up his entire salary on Diamonds are Forever to help establish it. Wasn't there an unintentionally humorous behind the scenes video that got pulled out of shame?
