Had Panama won that game against the US they would've only won 2 out of 10 games too. What makes no sense is Concacaf getting more than 1.5 places for the World Cup.

Concacaf should be the second conmebol tier, the bottom two conmebol teams get relegated to the concacaf and the top two concacaf have a chance to qualify for the next WC
