It all depends on what strain(s) of Brett they're using. Not all Brett is created equal or for the same purpose. Sometimes you get a slightly disenfranchised Middle American white guy, other times you get the cool Asian kid with the spiked up hair and Raybans.

If you've not been to Bestway Grocery yet, go immediately and bask in the Wall O' Beer.

My local store got in some Founders BS today, and I'm trying to resist the urge to leave work to go pick some up since it will certainly be gone by the time I get out. Just need to keep reminding myself it was sitting around in stores for months last year.

I was saddened today, as I found Jai Alai cans and Dry Hopped to the High Seas on the shelf at my bottle shop... I asked the beer buyer about it, and thats all we can get from CC at this point. For awhile we were getting Zhukov, Good Gourd, a Sugar Plum holiday one, Maduro, Jai Alai, and a few other big bottle ones I can't recall (Bolita was one) .... kinda sad.. but I of course did my duty and bought a Dry Hopped 6 pack .

Binny's River North got five cases each of Gillian ($30), Juliet ($25), and Halia ($23) along with a whopping 20 cases of Lolita ($20). Honestly, I had enough Juliet and Lolita at GI's Belgian Fest to the point where I can't justify spending more on it. I would really like to try Gillian but at $30? Hell no. I did pick up a bottle of Halia because I did genuinely enjoy that one (and didn't get enough of it).

Get home, check Facebook, and the store says it's on the shelves. Ah well. At least I got some Breakfast Stout and the new Enjoy By. That and a Take the Black Stout because I'm a nerd.
