I wonder how much of this lovely behavior comes from privilege. Like, during highschool I was in a single parent household that was poor as poo poo in a relatively poor area and I wasn't nearly as bad. I didn't hate any of my peers or teachers. When I didn't get poo poo for Christmas/ my birthday I wasn't that disappointed because I understood that my mom just couldn't afford it. I knew to do all my work even if I didn't want to because grades were important to get into college which itself was important if I didn't also want to be poor as poo poo.

Seriously though, Adam Bozarth is the best whiny teenager. I don't imagine this has many applications in his real life, but it's gold for this episode specifically.

Perhaps, I should just stop straying from my normal voice. There's too much potential for misery. naahh, gently caress that. I'm doing my Portaxx impression 24/7 from now on.

I'm sitting here re-listening to the latest episode. I'm sitting here listening to teenagers whine about how tiring school is and how homework sucks and how they're too exhausted to do things. I'm sitting here at midnight after a ten-hour work day, with probably another hour ahead of me, finishing a freelance project due tomorrow morning so I can make some money and pay rent and bills. I'm sitting here hating goddamned teenagers.

Chexoid posted:My sadness is unparalleled by anything in my previous existence. Yes, Chexoid, there is an Ulli Haarburste. He exists as certainly as love and Saran Wrap and devotion exist, and you know that they abound and give to your life its highest beauty and joy. Alas! how dreary would be the world if there were no Ulli. It would be as dreary as if there were no Chexoids. There would be no childlike faith then, no poetry, no romance to make tolerable this existence. We should have no enjoyment, except in sense and sight. The eternal light with which clingfilm fills the world would be extinguished.

What does it feel like to snatch child's candy? Speaking of discoveries, was the F-Plus participation in the Earwolf Challenge ever promoted on the website? I discovered it just recently thanks to the Left Handed Radio, and nearly spilled my coffee when I heard a couple of familiar voices out of nowhere.

Bug chasers, on the whole, are a mostly made up thing. There's like, I guess one tiny, pointless, forum with a super tiny userbase. The 'bug chaser' mythos mainly was built up around the "THE GAYS LOVE GIVING PEOPLE AIDS" panics.

National Novel Writing Month is when a bunch of people try to write 50,000 words in a month. All of these words are terrible. And thus, the NaNoWriMo episode arrives with one week to go in November.

Saw the ol itunes downloading a steaming, fresh, F Plus and got all happy and excited because hey one of my favorite podcasts updated. Then I read the description. Well, at least you're getting back to your roots in making fun of total disgusting trash people. On a less soul crushing note, in the intro you said you did Wiki How last week, is this a super old episode like the Incel one, or is there a third how-to guide episode in the hopper because those are some of my favorites.

You know, this episode makes me happy because, even though I am currently unemployed, have no money and feel generally like poo poo, at least I don't gently caress a care-bear! Also, there are an uncomfortable amount of 30+ year old disgusting weird men who still live with their mothers!
