Just out of curiosity, I went ahead and got the $1/month subscription sale to PW Torch and I'm wondering why I never hear any discussion of their podcasts? They put out anywhere from 2-3 a day, plus newsletters and other things and I've been enjoying it so far (although the Eastcoast Cast is pretty terrible). Hell it's almost too much to listen to before it becomes dated with the next Raw or PPV. I do listen to the occasional Bryan & Vinny show and Bryan & Dave show when it's available, as well as Wrestling Observer Live, and I think both networks of shows are on a similar playing field. Is there some negativity of them I'm unaware of? Is Wrestling Observer simply that much better if I got a full subscription?

I wouldn't say it's horrible audio quality (though it can be with connections cutting out) but it was a huge difference hearing Wade's voice on Austin's podcast vs his own. You're right, Bruce Mitchell is the best reason to subscribe and their 2-part audio shows with him are worth it along with Keller's daily updates & Raw reports. I do enjoy Bryan & Dave's show together but what else does WO have during the week to make it worth it? I just can't justify spending money on both networks of shows.

Dave's shows with Sempervive are awesome, Bryan does some good interviews on his own, Todd Martin is an awesome cure for insomnia, and they've got the National Treasure.

I used to rent Wrestlemania IV because I had trouble sleeping as a child and a tournament with five (5) disqualification/time-out/countout wins is basically the perfect cure for that. Then I had a nightmare that Jake Roberts and Rick Rude were wrestling each other for all eternity and I stopped watching it.
