or youre in the area i am and you have 3 competing bus lines running the same stops that are 200m apart so it takes 3 hours to take a 5 mile trip in the best of conditions because the bus is stopping every 20 seconds

1 is county, 1 is metro area, 1 is the big honkin college its extremely stupid and a perfect example of how america can once again gently caress up a relatively simple concept and then oh look it costs a loving poo poo ton and its extremely ineffective but at least 3 different contractors get to dump money into their bank while offering subpar service
