Can't autoremove authenticator from old phone, click link provided for Customer Service. It wants me to log on, using my authenticator  Can't find the CS chat, somehow -- sent in a request for help. Which doesn't allow me to actually type my question/problem just asks me to provide things like my IP address. What the hell Trion.

Otherwise you gotta call em.

Long ago I made a second trion account just so I could login to their site and use chat to get help if my main w/ the authenticator ever had problems. I had to use it once, and it worked great. I just put in the ticket line the account ID I was really trying to get help with, and they asked me security related questions to prove that I was that account holder. So that should be an option if the phone hours are bad or if the phone call is costly.

Thankfully, they were pretty on the ball about removing it once I figured out how to tell them my problem (replying to the ticket I created). So, my "what the hell" is slightly rescinded. Raid was going decent enough before the servers imploded; nearly had rapid assault with quite a few new people! Raid agenda & notes - Monday, we will resume our raid. Show up with 400 hit and you will be able to join us for t1 raids! - Tier two raids are something we wanna start doing, start working toward 500 hit. There are 65 hit rings and weapons on the store for slayers marks or credits

This is good advice, especially if you're just barely over the hit threshold or are otherwise worried about not contributing enough. If you need vials or powerstones and can't afford them, then get in touch with Iadria in game and I will make a few green or blue quality ones for you. It won't cost you any money. It costs ... other things.

word on the street is that testing for t3 raids starts in feb pretty surprised trion are doing a whole new tier considering how few people have killed volan/abom/inyr and i have a feeling nobody is going to test it as legit arent around anymore and of the 2 guilds that have killed abom, one only speaks german and one refuses to test content. ive heard the same thing happened with ID (though i wasnt playing then), but hey, it's content at least.

On one hand yeah, the game isn't ready for another tier. But if it pushes everyone up a tier then it would be pretty cool to actually go through the t2 raids instead of the same ones we've been doing for 8 months.
