Going to go through every last one of these: Adam Lanza: Emotionally disturbed kid with mental problems, His mother though seemed to be a bit of a gun nut, and seemed to feed off "right wing" propaganda (Alex Jones) about December 21, 2012 Virginia Tech Shooter (Seung-Hui Cho): Emotionally disturbed kid with mental problems, No remote sign of what his politics are, though it could be argued that his parents could be Republicans due to heavily involvement in a church. James Eagan Holmes: Emotionally disturbed kid with mental problems, Grew up in the middle class, and was involved with a church. Again, could be argued that he could be from a "republican" background. Jared Lee Loughner: Emotionally disturbed kid with mental problems, made very Libertarian like comments about the Gold Standard, etc in class. Ron Paul fan. So, no, not one of those was a democrat (Quite the opposite for at least two of them). What the hell is wrong with the people that make this poo poo? I kind of wonder if the account itself (@Bidenshairplugs) is some guy trolling "ironically" because there is no way someone could be that...insane. He literally handles people objecting to his blatent racism/sexism/homophobia with really terrible done memes that say stuff like "I don't give a gently caress!". Then again, if he was trolling, he's truly awful a it. He's no @KattWillFerrell, for example (who I'm a fan of).

Today I had to hear about how my attempt to get a job at the postal service was pointless because "poo poo's going down, the government isn't going to last much longer." When I said I hoped it wouldn't be in my lifetime he said "You know China owns the United States, and every other country we owe money too." I then later got to hear a riveting tale about how swine flu was man-made and the government sent people with chemical sprayers down to Cancun to infect people by pretending to be spraying weeds/plants, "Now you've got an airborne virus." Fortunately I'll be moving out of the house soon.

The only ones that I'd say have any level of political bend are the ones where the killer explicitly said so. And really beyond the Unitarian shooter, it's more fringe anti-woman/gay/PoC stuff than fully formed political positions. Most people realize that a democratic (gov't type, not party) leader isn't a movement, and assassinating one only serves to further the victim's cause.

I was trying to frame the argument that everyone of the individuals didn't come from a stereotypical "Liberal" home/environment. Sadly enough though that level of argument is sometimes the only thing that gets through to some of these people. I can quote my dad a thousand statistics on how Obamacare is helping people, but he'll just respond with some stupid anecdote about someone a coworker knows who had their premiums go up infinity percent or whatever. If I stoop to that level and say "Well my friend Steph had her premiums drop by 70% she said" that shuts him up more than anything. Funnily enough the provision that extended my parents' insurance for me until 26 saved me from having an insane amount of medical debt which I never would have been able to afford to pay but my dad still insists that the provision just encourages kids to be "moochers off their hard-working parents".

You're serious? He legit thinks that kids are 'mooching off their hard-working parents'? Umm....Hello? You're a *parent*. That means you take care of your kid. Its not mooching, it's just staying with them. Jesus christ. I'm going to assume you've reminded him that the only reason you're not currently bankrupt is because of said provision, and I have to inquire what his response is. I know I shouldn't mock the mentally disabled, but goddamn that's one hell of a mental twist he's doing there.
