He's a national treasure in Japan and all he did was sort of play for Celtic, but not really because running wasn't a big priority.

I'd love to see a video of Juninho putting a free kick into a moving bus from 40 yards away and watch Nakamura silently weep in the background.

Riquelme moved a total of 20 yards in his entire career and that's because he didn't need to move

A midfield of Juninho, Nakamura and Riquelme would have been amazing to see.

I think I saw him sprint once but it was playing for Argentina and on the end of like a 20 pass move.

I was gonna say Riquelme could definitely do a little dribble and pick a ridiculous pass, which is something Nakamura wishes he could have done, but I would say that Riquelme is far from considered a national treasure in Argentina. His tantrums just speak too loudly and are way too public. That being said, he is one of the most entertaining playmakers to ever come out of South America in the modern era and even into his 30s he's got a way of passing the ball and dribbling that is almost surreal. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JrpAiQ1ffXE

In the golden years of hoof it long to the big man England produced the greatest dribbler of all time in Stan Matthews. Maybe england should go back to the 235.
