He had his head, his neck, his facial features in that exact position for a week straight. He's not slumped against a cave wall dying, he's arched in blowjob ecstasy.

You have to look at it from the context that the previous month in this comic we were all saying "that lady is holding a cucumber now but it was a dick before muir opened up his adobe illustrator and slathered paint filters everywhere".

He didn't stop grooving on the phantom fellatio even when he was shooting for his life against the swarthy hordes trying to behead him on al jazeera.

2012 election

Reservations

Only half of Native Americans live in rural areas, but the other half live in large urban centers and those lean left anyway. As you can see, it's pretty much an exact match. I don't know exact percentages, but Frontline implies around 90% vote Dem, which is up there with the black vote (and I believe it, to be honest).

The title of this one is "Pat Rogers: Don't Dis on my Man Custer". I have no idea.

quote:

A progressive group called on Republican National Committee leader Pat Rogers to step down on Friday after emails showed him telling New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez's staff that meeting with a group of American Indians "dishonored" Gen. George Armstrong Custer, the 19th century commander who killed scores of American Indians.

"The state is going to hell," Rogers, who is a member of the GOP executive committee and is currently in Tampa for the RNC convention, wrote in a June 8 email released by Progress Now New Mexico. Former Republican gubernatorial candidate Col. Allen Weh "would not have dishonored Col Custer in this manner," he wrote.

That's what I expected, which is why I was very confused by a cartoon that implied that Romney had the native vote (strapped to the top of his car where they can't escape).

Marijuana is not physically addicting. It can be psychologically addicting in exceptionally rare circumstances. There is essentially no toxic dose of THC, and credible studies indicate that it has genuine medicinal benefits. If marijuana should be outlawed for being "addictive" then junk food should be outlawed first because it is far more addictive as well as far more harmful.

One small reason for legalization is, "Prohibition has resulted in one of the most prolific human rights atrocities in world history, namely the imprisonment, impoverishment, and torture of tens of thousands of people who committed absolutely no crime." Approximately 53% of the United States prison population is there for marijuana possession- not even distribution- and the singular reason why they remain there is because someone is making a profit on imprisoning innocent people.

This was a couple pages back, but I cannot emphasize enough how wrong the 53% number is. Around 25% of the prison population are drug offenders and the great majority of those people were arrested for things other than possession. That doesn't make the War on Drugs a good thing, but that number is not even close to reality (around 50% of the federal prison population are drug offenders, but that covers all offenses, not merely possession).

This isn't a "truth is in the middle" message. It's "both parties are poo poo" which, while I feel tends to be a lazy opinion made by those afraid to make an actual statement, is absolutely true in the case of any kind of policy either party has in terms of our native population.

He's made a fair share of gaffes (although a LOT of overblown BS by the right-wing media types), and they're incredibly mad that Biden is considered to have won both his debates against Palin and Ryan, two conservative darlings. So he is a dummy.
