Actually, in recent canon Ivy's been able to alter, amplify, or completely nullify the toxin content of her skin and lips. In Gotham City Sirens, she even applied for a job at STAR Labs Gotham by taking the green out of her skin. And before anyone asks - she doped her boss during the interview and convinced him he didn't need to run a background check on her.

There was actually an ending for one of the NES Spider-Man games that was just like that. Mysterio was the final boss, so the ending showed Peter and MJ watching TV on the couch with a brand new fishbowl sitting in the background.

That Deadpool run is amazing. I'd only ever read lovely Deadpool stuff in the past but if there's more of it at this standard I'll have to go looking.

For content, here's two panels I loved from Deadpool #7 (Deadpool has just stolen Flash's car):

There's fuckloads more I could post from that issue, like the entire first page in the Bugle offices or Deadpool preventing a nuclear meltdown or the bits with Tony Stark or - you get the idea. If you only read one comic this year, it should be Deadpool #7.

Originally when Ditko did it yes but then people have gone crazy with it and it's effectively turned into corn rows most of the time. People can have it in real life though.
