I was super worried about going to this meeting thing at a pub tonight to meet other student librarians but I went and one lady bought me a cider and chips and it was good fun. Librarians have good times at pubs. Plus they talked poo poo about their bosses which was cool. I hope I'll be a cool librarian.

I used to work with a guy getting his Masters in Librarianessessing in Australia and he suggested very hard. Something to do with there being only so many libraries and lots of old librarians.

My hair has a slight wave at a certain length, so even when it's brushed, it never looks brushed. When it's still short enough, the wave just causes my hair to swoosh to one side. I can never cut it super short though, because I have a cowlick. I'm unsure if I should grow it out, to see if I indeed do get more unwanted male attention at work due to long hair, or cut it back down again. It looks like my original engagement photos from September should still be intact, so we won't have to redo them right away.

A friend of mine had half her head shaved short, the other half longer and permed so it was massive and the whole lot dyed purple. It was loving awesome. Then she got pregnant and has to wait another 3 weeks before she can perm it again, she's gonna be the coolest mummy Edit: I like the article Nessa.
