I think it's pretty stupid that you can have a team full rush something, kill a guy, then that guy gets to sit there watching whether this team is actually rushing, or if they start falling back immediately after killing you. You shouldn't get 5 seconds to sit there and go "They are rushing long! Oh wait no, they all backed off, wait it was a double juke and they are pushing it again!" all after they kill you. It should switch to spectating another player much faster.

Death cams are definitely too long, but I always keep it in mind after killing someone. Just do something "fake" for 5 seconds and then assume the enemy is reacting to it. Don't wobble back and forth like a spaz; commit to something for a bit and then assume they know about it.

It's tricky to estimate just how long the death cam is so you know when you can stop faking a direction.

Lots of little pieces of office art and benches and plants and cubicle walls make navigating individual rooms confusing. Getting from room to room isn't too much of a problem, "Push green from yellow" is fairly simple and makes sense, but several times I would get lost in a single room and, for example, not know how to get from "A" to "A site" because of the way the walls and doors and stairs were arranged around the actual plant area.

I was playing with 1920x1080 16:10 full graphics, then someone on the internet said to play 4:3 ratio and turn off some graphics settings for enhanced visions, because the pros do. Should I? it looks a bit shittier, but I want to get all the headshots....

Play with whatever seems better to you. The most common reason "real pros" give for why they play in 4:3 resolutions is because they want to use a consistent resolution across whatever hardware they are provided at lan tournaments and always get high framerates. I play at native res (1920x1080) because I think letterboxing it is annoying.

That might be a good idea if you're playing on like a pentium 4 or something? It's such a non demanding game I can't imagine someone who cares about the game to any extent and has enough free time to play it a lot would have that problem.

I play 4:3 stretched because I have a piece of poo poo computer but I also have gotten so used to it that I can't aim at 1920x1080. I prefer the narrower FOV. I agree with Xen I think the deag may have been stealth buffed just slightly. The firing cone is now just within 'acceptable' and it feels tighter than it did before, but barely. If someone actually has the numbers to show what a retard I am that'd be nice.

Probably a dumb question but there's nothing to be done about higher levels playing with their friends right? Friends and I seem to be running into that a ton lately (we're a range from Silver Elite to Nova 1) and there's only so much learning I can do when I'm just instantly annihilated every round.
