Also not surprising the the IOC is picking places like Brazil or Qatar since there's much more kickback money to be made. I also wonder how companies like Ddoppelmayr could even do business in Sochi given all the anti-corruption business laws in the EU/USA but how in Russia it's pretty much a standard business practice to expect 15-20% in bribe payments for new contracts.
