This happened to me but by that random homeless dude you thought was defenseless but turned out to be like an unarmed master or some poo poo. Beat my poo poo it.

Oh and to add to my release day expeierence when i finally got to play I had that bug where you couldn't leave the character creation building without crashing for like two weeks. Morrowind was the best game.
