I ain't handsome or nothin but I don't think I'm ugly and I'm pretty jacked(23 yo, 5'7", 170 lbs, low bf). I do non-nerdy poo poo like lifting a lot of weights and doing a lot of MMA training. But also I'm a math major and I'm on the computer a lot because I don't have much of a social life. I have bad anxiety and self-esteem issues. However I have my first date either friday or saturday... I really like her, we've been hanging out for a little bit now. So maybe there's hope after all.

I don't know. I wouldn't want to be with someone in a much higher financial class. I don't know how I could respect myself if I was being taken care of and not having to work for anything. I've also rarely met a rich person who didn't get there by loving others over. Also yeah if someone only wants you for your money, is that someone you want to be with?

I can't imagine what a smug douchebag you would have to be to pride yourself on being more cultured because you've traveled. Holy poo poo do you guys ever need to talk to some actual women instead of assuming we like that crap. Having a good personality is hands down the most important thing and if you define yourself by your money, your car, the places you've been, how much you lift, etc. then you come across as having no personality besides self-absorbed. Edit: not that those things are bad or that you shouldn't be proud of them, but they are material things that people can learn about you on their own. He looks normal, very nerd. But personality wise who knows, I guess a little clingy. Recently a friend of mine lost it at 25. Not very good looking, but I remember he had some opportunities and even some girlfriends. The problem was his lack of self-esteem that prevented any action, and with time I felt it was a heavy burden at least in his mind for him.
