The new CFC Incursion fleets have been running smoothly lately, and it looks like were things are spawning we will be busy printing isk for quite a while. It's also absolutely hilarious how many people don't realize this an incursion right now in deklien, so many dead people jumping gate to gate. Or worse the people who know there's an incursion and chance the rats anyway instead of waiting for one of our escort fleets.

So far lots of our runners have made lots of bank of doing it, when it comes time to break the incursion we will call a baltec fleet and destory the mothership. Wish I could have run more today but I deployed with freedom squad. EDIT: We run in t1 battleships so were pretty low cost friendly, the more people we get the more fleets we can run. Depending on where the Sanshas rats are, you could be boned in anything larger than a frigate. The rats react to you immediately, and if they are within 24km, you have about 3 seconds before you are pointed and neuted. Sometimes you get lucky and the rats are on the other side of the gate, which means you may be able to get a cruiser off the gate, but battlecruisers and battleships especially do not align and warp fast enough to escape from the rats.

Last I checked, rats don't have actual scanres, they just have a fixed lock or aggro time regardless of the target sig. If it still takes them 3 seconds to lock a battleship, that should let you get an align-fit improved cloak / MWD battleship into warp with only about two seconds spent uncloaked and lockable, or possibly almost none if you overheat the MWD. This doesn't work well against actual gatecamps, because a battleship is extremely easy to decloak, but I'm gonna assume the rats don't try to decloak you.

Goons are really loving terrible at this game. What follows is a synopsis of the last 10 minutes in mumble and intel. (triplleboy is in a nano rep malediction)  [08:56:02] Michelle Chen > triplleboy JU-OWQ[08:56:39] Michelle Chen > Im scrambledAt the same time we ask this guy to throw up Ws in fleet, and someone warps to him in a ratting fit VNI of all things, and triplleboy polishes off his first ship, and turns on his new target, things are said in mumble and the second guy in a VNI escapes in 2% structure thanks to a luckily placed jam from ECM drones. Where does he warp to? The goddamn station, where he would be stuck outside for 60 seconds due to aggression timer. Triplleboy saw him warp to the station and lands about 2 seconds after he does, so he finishes him off. Second VNI guy, now deprived of his ship, docks up and gets into a Drake and attempts to swat this dude off the undock, and someone else undocks a Sabre and throws up a bubble and is confused when the Malediction moonwalks out of the bubble and fucks off to VFK. Meanwhile people are calling out in intel that they have him tackled on the gate, but then won't say which gate, or what system even, and the dude just flies past everything thrown at him, because we are a bunch of idiots tripping over our feet.  We are really loving bad at home defense.

Still, I can't imagine an interceptor being able to kill you before you can call your Wasps to start attacking the inty; it's not like they're able to be tanked extremelly well. (Or maybe they are and I just don't know.) I always thought intys killed by being in roaming gangs or using cynos.

If you don't carry lights or ECM lights  , an interceptor with a long point will orbit faster than CN Wasps can follow (I lost a Wasp only VNI while at the keyboard, the interceptor chipped away at it for a minute while the Wasps didn't manage to fire a single shot). Interceptors will also generally have over 100dps which, in a new wave of rats, will kill your shield in like 15 seconds after which armor and hull instantly melt.
