Real chat Prencleeve: I firmly believe you've probably reformed your horrible autistic type eve life you were living vicariously through us and as you've gotten older you may or may not have matured a bit. But for real the headaches you've caused in the past wayyyyyyy overshadow any kind of reformation you're trying to go through now. This is just the way it is. I've seen people mention he has spent a lot on SA accounts but just how many times has this guy tried for people to root him out instantly? Please tell me that video is fake because saying you've changed from when you where 11 then making a video reminding the CEO you have his phone number... Let's just go ahead and say the Preencleeve chat is settled. He knows how to post, he's apparently accepted that he's not getting in off of Vyst's advice, so let's just move on until Digi finds another parachute account. In other news, I'm about two months away from a Capswarm Naglfar. What would people say is the appropriate amount of bling for one of them? Faction Gyros seem like a pretty reasonable investment, but where would be the best places to spend money? Would a Dread clone with some decent gunnery implants be another reasonable investment, and does Capswarm reimburse for their recommended T2 rigs?

I do not see why you are not able to just join some HERO or N3 corp, prencleeve. You have by now scammed several billion ISK, which is ehough to buy a carrier alt and carrier. Do that, and join some worthless hanger-on corp that is part of N3 and show up to fleets with your carrier. Wait for the next time the coalition fractures, and use that opportunity to get into one of the core alliance corps. I think a major issue you have with all of this is that, despite trying at it for three years, you have yet to develop patience.

I actually spent that ISK on another character that I then put inside Goonwaffe, who was then also subsequently kicked. That was a bit of stupid choice on my part. Perhaps reduce rat volume, make fitting warp disruptors necessary to hold targets, make cargo scanning rats for the best loot boxes? I'm sure those are idiotic ideas but please feel free to tell me why.

This really depends on the battleship and what you want to do with it. This is why mastery levels are not very good indicators of the skills you should focus on, as it depends. For a Baltec Mega, mastery IV is somewhat decent as it would get you into t2 hybrids but it also requires things like combat drones V, scout drones V and drone durability IV which are not nearly as important.
