Holy poo poo! Mr. Nobody - weird art movie about Jared Leto being the only mortal in a world of immortal people. Whoah. The Punk Singer - documentary about Kathleen Hanna, that should be enough loving said right there. Ali - Will Smith is Mohammed Ali Angel Heart - one of the best loving movies I swear to God, Mickey Rourke is a noir detective in Louisiana, there is magic and voodoo and it's the film that got Lisa Bonet kicked off the Cosby Show. Robert De Niro is also in it. Watch this poo poo now.

I have kind of a soft spot for Dragonslayer, which was recently added. Also it looks like they finally have all three of the Man with No Name movies streaming, if you want some classic Clint Eastwood action.

Not sure if it's been on there for a while or not but I just noticed The Long, Hot Summer which is fantastic and has typically great performances from Paul Newman and Orson Welles.

If you haven't seen The Running Man, you're really doing yourself a disservice. It's one of Arnold's best and Richard Dawson, host of Family Feud, is an awesome villain.

Crouching tiger, yessss. Love that flick. Its only fault (and it's not really a knock on the movie itself) is that it is so much better than other movies in the wuxia genre (although I like House of Flying Dagger too). Also reminder it lost best picture to Gladiator, ffs

It's a pretty good movie for a while but just about the time you start thinking "why haven't I heard about this before?" it starts getting awful and stupid - and the ending is so horribly dumb that it will leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. It's one of those movies where you say "oh, they're not going to do this stupid thing that they are hinting at, are they?" and then they do.

When I watched it the first time, it really wasn't that obvious to me, either, and I had a moment of genuine No matter what, the first like hour is great. I guess it's better if you embrace it for a flawed cult movie (very much like Simon: King of the Witches, really). drat it, now I wish that was on Netflix.

How long has No Holds Barred been up? When I was eight, that was the biggest movie in the world. I remember that my friend Ryan had a birthday party where his mom took us all to go see it. Tiny Lister punches concrete blocks because he's so badass, but Hulk Hogan beats him in the end. It's even better than Suburban Commando!

Devil Wears Wings posted:It gets even better in later seasons, too, going from merely "funny and entertaining" to a show with some of the best writing on contemporary TV. Seriously. There's nothing wrong with just being funny and entertaining though. Personally I think the middle seasons are more consistently good than the super-sized season 5, which gets overly serious in places and John Dimaggio is only in, like, half the episodes. (Jake is often seen but not heard) I'm not saying the newer episodes are bad or anything, it just seems like people don't appreciate how unique the show already was. Anyway, it looks like Lars and the Real Girl is back on streaming. It's really surprising how maturely it handles the premise of a man who buys a real doll and treats it as an actual person.
