Also when I was 19 I was afraid of having an uncomfortable chat with friends about moving 3,000 miles away and put it off until I literally was already 3,000 miles away and they called me old number only to find out I didn't live there anymore. Edit: Come to think of it, I didn't even tell my parents I was moving across the country until like 2 weeks before.

Luckily, there is a step competition going on at my office and some of my colleagues are ridiculously competitive so everyone's always up for a walk/marching in circles during meetings. One of them has a goal of 25,000 steps a day.
