I haven't seen Death Powder in forever but I loved it when I saw it.

I just GISed some more.   This poster if for a Nigerian movie, but it might be from Ghana since it also shows up in GIS.  I think the reason for the hate is because everyone there tastes bad, but nobody says anything to avoid offending anyone..

I used to work at a West African restaurant, and as an attempt to get more people in (the main reason I don't work there anymore is because they closed after a year) they would show Nollywood movies on Wednesdays. There was a really popular (among the handful of Nigerian immigrants that made up our regulars) series that was this dude from a small village trying to cope with being in London. The main thing I remember is him trying to hunt pigeons in Trafalgar Square or some similar park. They weren't a major attraction, It'd be the seven Nigerian regulars and occasionally a white dude in dreadlocks with his girlfriend from the nearby college trying to be international, but it'd be a different white dude in dreadlocks every time.
