Basically just listen to the Bowie version of "The Man Who Sold the World" until you need to listen to the Nirvana version and then just alternate until you have a campaign.

A shitload Pink Floyd's albums could be read as Mage-y to varying degrees. Dark Side of the Moon, The Wall, Animals, Wish You Were Here, and Piper at the Gates of Dawn, off the top of my head, all could be used for some good inspiration. Gerolt Scarfe's animations for Welcome to the Machine and The Wall are other things to check out.

Tool is a lot like Mage, in that they're both really bad and should be made fun of.

Tool: A man who has been enclosed in a bubble for his entire life is suddenly and mysteriously let out. Wandering, he reads the Bible for the first time and thinks "wow, what a great book," but is distracted and falls off a cliff, horribly injuring himself and breaking both his legs as he crashes onto a guitar. Confused, he picks it up and begins playing.

Dumb question but what's an oWoD werewolf lifespan? I remember them being functionally immortal (with the obvious exceptions their violent lifestyle) but have no idea where I got that from. I just introduced a WWI vet Bonegnawer, which made sense to me but raised a few eyebrows.

Same as humans who can't get cancer. Unless they're lupus and have that flaw, then they live as long as a dog.

If I recall correctly, Ahrouns tend to live (and ascend rank) fast and die young, while Theurges tend to basically live forever (Mother Larissa is older than dirty but can't leave her island in the sept) but go up the ranks slowly. Not sure where the others fall in between that.moths posted:I just introduced a WWI vet Bonegnawer, which made sense to me but raised a few eyebrows. You. I like you.

Yeah, werewolf twenty outright says it's possible for certain extremely powerful Garou to have lived for over a century. Good luck reaching old age though.
