Toxic hurts corpus health directly and their health pools (oxium ospreys aside) are small compared to their shields. -Magnetic damage is also effective vs corpus (cold + electric). -Throw a Speed Trigger on so you can shoot mans faster.

Since the patch notes just say you can trade helmets and not arcane helmets specifically, does that mean that the vauban helmet is tradeable now?

Wait for the Warframe Forum tears and rage to flow as a result of what is now essentially trading a new, rare, non-replenish-able resource. "But they didn't earn those shiny hat pixels, and it's not fair to all the new or old players!" says all the bastards with their Vandal this and their Snipetron that. That is of course assuming I read the patch notes right and Arcane (they couldn't come up with a better modifier tag?) hats are trade-able in their blueprint form.

I can't seem to find any info on the mastery level required for Akstiletto. I'm only rank 1 and I can't craft it, but I can't seem to find it's requirement anywhere.

According to this tasty table that google found for me. There is no Rank Requirement. However it does seem to need a forma to craft, as well as some Galenium which can only be found on Mars or Uranus. So there's some fairly rare stuff going into it for a new player. If you look on the forge page for its blueprint it should show what materials you have access to and what you still need. Here's the wikia page for it: boop. it lists the materials you need there and if you click on them, tells you where you can find them.

Thanks, but I have all the materials and the blueprint, and it says it's xp locked. I'm on the ps4, so maybe it's xp locked there and not on the pc? Because according to the wiki it should take no rank to craft it.

The game has a few of those, like it will wilfully take away my invite button if I hover over it sometimes.  Anyone on the ps4 have any ideas?

All of them can be cheesed with the appropriate frame, though - actually, the "appropriate frame" in nearly all cases being Loki, for switch teleport and invisibility.

How do you play Rhino? I just finished cooking one today and I popped a potato in him and I've leveled him up to 16. I'm spamming Rhino Stop and keeping Iron Skin on all the time. Am I doing it right?
