Uh what do you mean almost every poster has photoshopped heads, some are just better at it than others. Don't blame the studios, the fault lies entirely with the talent who were mostly self-conscious before publicists get in their ear and distort their self-perception and general sanity.

Though from what I've read here the guy that picked the face out won't be the guy that picked out the body and everyone will have had to jump through a hundred hoops and the result is that... treasure.
