They're all usually hosed up in some way, but Douman's got something magical to him that makes even the most brutal situations really engaging. I recommend reading them all, but if you wanna check out some first, Chapter 3, 7, 11, 22 are some of my favorites and do a good job of showing what you're in for. The Kopi Luwak chapter is amazing and beautiful. Also, definitely read Lunch at Columbine (chp 14). He can handle some kinda sensitive topics in a rather respectful and non-dismissive way and some of the silly little stories are much deeper than they seem. /edit: gently caress, here's a non-depressing one. What makes this better than the usual shoujo ghost romance story is the slightly "negative" atmosphere around Sayoko. Everything is just that slightest bit "twisted" and weird, in that way that all the comics in this thread are, which I love. A good find! Hmm! Quite a lot of new stuff has been posted! "Shoujo Apocalypse" faintly reminds me of the webcomic "Romantically Apocalyptic" in its lighthearted postapocalyptic/war tone. Nanige-San seems to lose a lot in this chapter! EDIT: And The latest episode of Old Man Frog is hilarious too.
