Wasn't AngryCatterpillar super defensive of the Wii U at first? I remember reading his posts and just constantly rolling my eyes about how whiny he was about "thread shitters" back in the day. Its been fascinating to watch him slowly get fed up with Nintendo's bullshit and come over to "our" side. Its one of the things that makes me worry for Nintendo if even people like him can just give up on it.

Nintendo SHOULD be the different company. Except for a few things where they shouldn't. In no particular order, just use a normal blu ray drive next time and let people use it as a player even if you have to pay a licensing fee. Just let all purchases tied to your account be easily recoverable by using your password without the involvement of one of your customer support people. Have in-game invites and in-game voice chat (friends only if you insist even!) in your multiplayer games. Honestly just those three things and then be as weird, Nintendo-y and nonconformist as you want.

I have a PS4 and a Wii U and I have more PS4 games than Wii U games. Even excluding PS+ freebies. I also don't understand people bashing PS4 for having games that are available running shittier on PS3 when Wii U is propped up with a bunch of HD rehashes of the same old Mario Kart/NSMB/Zelda/Pikmin.
