It's time for Honma to get moved up the card, he has been one of their more under-utilized workers for a while. Maybe this match could get him into a higher-profile feud with Goto or Shibata.

Does someone in the crowd have a goddamn honma blinking light up sign because if so that's awesome.

Good match. Looks like we get Shibata/Nagata for sure and maybe Goto/Honma too. I'll look forward to both of those. I love it how Nagata is 46 and can still make it look completely believable while beating the poo poo out of a legit former MMA fighter. edit: Watch this match and then tell me Honma is not a master of selling. drat.

So hyped for the eventual Nagata/Shibata match.

So how does the NWA feel about their tag titles being fought over by two teams from NJPW? Or are they just happy to have ANY relevance at all?

K.E.S is managed by TAKA as part of Suzuki-gun, but I'm pretty sure they wrestle for Tharpe's texas indie as well. WOuldn't shock me if the belts change hands here and the NWA partnership comes to an end.

Either that match was shorter than I expected or it was so good that it flew by. Not quite at the level of the BOSJ final but close. Ricochet needs to work on his striking offense. Especially next to Ibushi's, it didn't look or sound very good. And his timing goes wrong in some spots, weirdly so because he lands all those crazy dives and flipping moves with no problems. Other than that, he's fantastic.

Great to see Ricochet's over, I hope he signs so we see more of him.

Ibushi would be one of the world class greats if he ever got moved up to heavyweight like Naito. He's already basically a better Naito.
