Contact injuries are a serious bitch and taking a few seconds/minutes to recover doesn't point to some systemic problem in the game. Also rolling on the ground to waste time becomes less of a problem if refs actually added on enough time to compensate. They should probably have the 4th official time all the stoppages because a lot of refs sure as hell don't bother doing so.
