The compendium doesn't even matter all that much until the endgame or NG+ anyway since it's generally way too pricy.

KY stands for "kuuki yome" or "read the mood", and is used to describe people who can't read the mood. In otherwords, a killjoy.

KY stands for 'Kuuki Yomenai/空気読めない' and is a slightly harsh way to refer to socially awkward people who have no idea how to actually read an environment/social atmosphere.

Basically its like calling someone aspergers even if they aren't actually aspergers.
