While I question the authenticity of his bounty hunter claims, I don't doubt for a second that New Jack probably shot some people

Why did the WWF have a working relationship with the USWA in the 90s when they were trying to run every other territory/federation out of business?

It's been addressed, but another reason is because they were severely lacking in talent. There were a couple years where the roster was so thin that they added a ton of territory guys and non-US fed wrestlers into Royal Rumble matches. I think that's when I took a break for the first time since early childhood, actually. Which is too bad because I missed a good portion of the Attitude Era as a result, and only came back in the late 90s.

Speaking of when people watched wrestling back in the day, whatever happened to that PSP wrestling survey someone was doing a few months back? I filled it out and never saw the results anywhere.

That radio interview was amazing. "I know you're very busy with your shoot job at the Taco Bell, but we think you're a murderer. Thoughts?"

Their business was weak so Vince was more open to doing things he thought might make him money. He worked with SMW because it got him access to some extra talent and Cornette. He worked with USWA because he wanted Lawler and had Jerry Jarrett set up as his successor if he went down on the steroids charges. After he was cleared they used it as a proto developmental territory.

Super famous American historical figures Jimmy Carter and Bruce Springsteen also love wrestling. Carter's favorite wrestler was Mr. Wrestling II. I know Jimmy doesn't really match up to such company but he's a good man.
