Seriously though everyone has their "even I didn't think Freep would sink this low" moment and I think this is mine. I'm not horrified, or not reading the thread for a while, this is Freep being as funny as it's ever been, but holy poo poo. I know they don't do subtlety, but I would've figured they'd approach this issue from a perspective where these kids aren't America's responsibility and Obama is an idiot for trying to help in a way that will cause more harm than good, mixed in with some good old-fashioned latino bashing. But no, that's not pure strain crazy enough, it has to be a literal malicious plot to import voters and disease. I seriously cannot get over the willfully importing disease angle.

Has there ever been a period like this where a party has had to send up this many trial balloons because they keep falling flat or spectacularly backfiring? I find the panty-twisting over Lerner's emails to be comic given that the most of the GWB administration more or less took their official email correspondence to non governmental emails to avoid scrutiny or an actual record.
