Since the announcement isn't marked by an event (Nintendo Direct/E3/etc) and will be live online... maybe it's a niche character that would be a fan-favorite. and/or such an awesome character that it justifies a stand-alone reveal. Yea, I'm not helping. Oh well, c'mon Monday.

If there's a Xenoblade rep, it HAS to be Rikki. I mean yeah Shulk is the main character and he wields the Monado and there's a lot of stuff you can do to not make him generic anime swordsman but don't forget Heropon VERY cool.

Chudat plays Young Link for specific matchups, though the only one I knew about was Hungrybox's Jigglypuff Also it's really weird that there's time after Smash on the EVO schedule dedicated to [something], and Nintendo wants to announce a new character + are sponsoring EVO, yet they aren't doing it there.
