It's their last Nike kits too, they're moving on to the Adidas deal next season and will start getting vertical stripe abominations like you have this year.

I watched some practice game highlights yesterday and they look even worse on the players, it's so bad.

Allegri, Adidas, I'm taking bets as to your next disaster:

Astori?

It's all coming up not-Juve.

It's about god damned time Juve lined the sponsor logo up with the stripes.

However there is this 1982 jersey which matches my year of birth!

Is the Juve crest at a weird slant or is it just me and my bad eyesight? Probably just how it is worn on the fake body. Still like them both, though.

I think it's just stretched at the shoulders, If you put it up on a hanger it would be aligned to the vertical.

Good thing most footballers are built like clothes hangers then.

I'd like to see the home kit in full figure, being worn, as I'm getting a lederhosen-suspenders-vibe from the way the sponsor and stripes line up.

Fake edit: also it looks like plastic. Stylish plastic, but, y'know...

The Nike kits are literally made from recycled fizzy drinks bottles. They look plastic because they are plastic.

The new Real Madrid 14-15 Third Kit is made by the Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto, who is known for his spectacular football product designs. Therefore, the kit features the logo of Yohji Yamamoto inside the neck and a special design on the front.

Yeah, for easily a decade, so it's not really all that surprising that the cost is rising, although they can't be expensive to make, it's not like there are any natural fibers.

Probably cost about £3 to get it made and imported, packaged and delivered to the shops. The amount they make would mean they'd be paying literal pence for the shirt. The rest would be in shipping cost.
