 i don't want to flood fluffieduckie's thread anymore with night of the hunter gifs but you should know the movie is one of the best and dreamiest film creations ever and was charles laughton's sole directorial effort since the movie was panned at the time despite robert mitchum's turn as one of the scariest bad guys in history

it is now rightly considered a top tier classic you should see it
