I work in health insurance (abeit in canada but its similar enough for this). I believe with Obamacare you're no longer able to legally medically underwrite someone prior to coverage so he'd be more than able to get individual coverage. As for if he's covered under SiriusXM. I don't know the company size, but if I saw a claim like Fez's come through we certainly would be having a discussion to get him off the plan or at the very least limit his coverage so he can't make persistent large claims.

He's got a livelihood to lose, especially if he continues to throw money around in the way he seems to. I know he's made several million, but millionaires have gone bankrupt before. I can see him going broke in 5-10 years if he's not careful. For this paid podcast to work, he's gotta do more than cater towards a very small niche, but everything I've seen and heard doesn't sound promising. I'm not paying a monthly fee to listen to his sycophant hangers-on and right wing asshats.
