Strong Arm gives you +1 on all passes except in Quick Ball range (the closest one). That's what it does.

Block on Flesh Gordon (useful)
Shadowing on MacGruff (flashy and makes him unappealing to block, which is 90% of the point of Dodge anyway)
Piling On on Blitzer (actually better than MB, has the movement and Jump Up access to take away the downsides)
Guard on Dr. Wight (sensible)

Save your money and R'as. "Rolling in money" until a Wolf gets mangled. Then you're back to poor all over again, especially if you buy a Ghoul now.

I swear to God you guys we are so close to being able to start getting crazy skills on players. There are no more big boosts to TV in the way of new players, more rerolls, etc so we will be sitting at roughly this TV for a while until we start picking up skills, which means we can open up and start getting wild with skill choices.
