I remember when I put up a g.txt post full of numerous reviews that trashed his tobacco du jour, calling it "wet ash" and things like that, and he put up a post accusing me of "maligning an innocent tobacco". It's been lost to the internet with the removal of his xanga.com blog and g.txt ii, which is probably for the best. But this is is a thing that happened.

E-cigs helped a lot of my friends quit and they're good in that regard but we don't really know what they do to people people who smoke them often look like they're doing the world's laziest cyberpunk cosplay.

I advice anyone looking to quit smoking to do what I did and spend a winter on top of the Appalachian mountains. You can't smoke if you can't stand to be outside for more than 30 seconds at a time.
