A tiny amount of that sparkly decorating sugar they make for cakes, maybe? There has to be some way to make it happen. I have to hand it to Gigi, even though it's just a cartoon drawing, the color and texture on that pizza are perfect, to the point where it really does kind of make me want a pizza.
