So, with Rayman being included in the game as a trophy, I was thinking it would be really cool if some other less important 3rd party characters made it in as trophies as well. Characters like Shantae and Bayonetta, who aren't really iconic enough to warrant playable character status but still have connections to Nintendo, would be nice to see make it in as trophies. What 3rd party trophies would any of you guys like to see in the game?

All the hats they've shown so far are either from the Mii Plaza games or from Tomodachi Life, which makes importing them into the 3DS version relatively trivial (probably) but they'll have to recreate every single hat in the 3DS version for the Wii U version in a higher quality, since you can transfer your custom fighters between platforms.

So I'm curious how much customization there's really going to end up being. I hope it's a lot.

Donkey Kong Country was pretty popular back in the day (second best selling SNES game after Mario World), and Diddy was one of the main characters, I'm not really surprised.

Oh hey I forgot Sugimori did the official art for the Greninja (and Charizard I guess) reveal. They should harass him into doing all the characters. His peach looks so sassy it's great and his Toon Link is basically perfect.
