I was right on Monday, it is one of those weeks and should be cancelled. Too many stupid avoidable errors by me, there really is no excuse for some of them but I just can't seem to get it right this week. Right before appraisals

It's really nice to have a lot of good-will saved up for those times you catch the and do something incredibly stupid.

My girlfriend needs a new ride and someone at work is selling a 2000 or 2001 Honda Accord SE with 127k miles for $3400. If I go look at it, is there anything that I should look for specifically? I've heard that the transmissions in these cars are ticking time bombs, can anyone chime in on that?

some texas redneck posted:and the APR is relatively low. This matters but almost doesn't matter. You should be paying off the card in full every time you get your statement. Buy a tank of gas or two every month and just pay it off. That does just as good because reporting agencies just want to see if you pay what you borrow. Never carry a balance. If you don't have the cash, you don't have the credit. Then in like a year or so, see if USAA will turn it into a regular card.

I believe it's 2000-2004 and it's not if, it's when for the autobox eating poo poo. However I think (look into this) it was only the V6 models doing it. I did a bunch of research on it a while back when my brother fell in love with an 03' V6 on a test drive. I had to break his heart

Amazing loving find at goodwill today. If you're into audio (I wouldn't say audiophile, but maybe), you'll understand. Or, if you know how to Google. I'm sorry that they're sideways: for some reason, imgur is rotating them. PSB Century 500i's, the made in Canada version! The casings have some of the usual dings around the corners, but they're otherwise very solid (and loving heavy). Domes and surrounds look brand new. PSB and Polk Audio are my go-to speaker brands, and these fill in the lower tones nicely as the "B" speakers along with my PSB Alpha LR1's (that I found months ago at the same goodwill for $25 for the pair, still in plastic).

FAA no-fly zone above the area, media being arrested and released with no formal charges, tear gas being thrown, and now I've heard they're straight up shooting at these people. The kid was walking through his own neighborhood, the cop told him to lay down for no reason, and when he protested that he was almost to his house the cop stopped his car, got out and shot him, straight up.

What a shitastic day. I go to leave this morning for a possible side gig at a repair place, and find out someone shot out the rear window of my wagon (the one I finally tinted 3 weeks ago) with a BB gun. So I hop in another car, go talk to the shop owner and found out the job ended up being sublet to another shop. Get to work, get put on a lovely job with a machine that just had it's control board replaced (and is completely unproven). To make matters worse, the job I'm running likes to fly out of the jaws at 3000rpm, and makes a spectacular noise being it's about 3 lbs or so of 17-4. gently caress today.
