 also i forgot i went to square enix and played the ipad ports of dragon quests 6 and 8. dq6 is a loving abomination of mixed graphical assets, cluttered ui, a virtual control stick smack in the middle of the screen (wtf) and for some reason locked into portait mode (wtf again). dq8 is the same except it looks really good since it's basically HD ps2 graphics and i made sure to bitch at some random peon that they're wasting it on the worst loving platform. assholes.
