Hydroid and Zephyr are fun, but godspeed on farming if you don't wanna burn plat. Hydroid requires that you farm specific dudes for color-coordinated nav coordinates that let you build a key to fight a boss. Zephyr requires that you farm 600 Oxium, which drops one or two at a time from a single enemy type that can suicide and drop nothing if you let it ram into you. You can sell your rare mods on the Trade Channel, get 60 Plat easy with some mods, and then buy two bundles of 300 Oxium off the market. Bam, you got the Birdframe! Mirage is good. Mirage is so good. I don't even care that a stiff breeze can knock her out, Hall of Mirrors and  PRISM are top-tier.

I joined the goonclan. I am a terrible noob space ninja, I have only a somewhat vague idea of what I'm doing, and I keep on falling in pits despite having played for something like 20 hours. Currently I'm trying to kill Jackal a lot to get Rhino Systems. And I wish I'd noticed the note in the OP about not selling duplicate mods before I sold all my duplicate mods because I didn't even realize I could use them to power up other mods. Welp.

Mirage is a fantastically powerful frame, with the sole caveat that Prism's blind effect can sometimes make infested crawlers invisible, which if you don't have Tesla or another power that hits Phantom Zone'd enemies, can make a Defense unwinnable. And even if you do, on some maps the horribly hard to find. TheBlandName posted:Really? Akbolto made it back near the top of the pile? Awesome. I hope it still sounds as good as 7 or 8 updates ago. Fully kitted out Soma hits around 13k DPS(16k if you slot maxed HCal instead of the Bane mod), and a similarly well equipped Akbolto will hit 18k. The main problem is that they're extremely ammo-hungry, the secondary issue is not being hitscan. They are extremely good regardless, especially for when you can farm them up.

I tried searching the council archives for worm and just ended up with 2013 nova. Despite some really weird people with really dumb ideas, the design council is probably the most effective method of crowdsourcing I've seen in a game. DE asks for concepts and ideas, and treats them as precisely that. A number of companies with an "interactive" dev team usually end up with them dealing with the terrors of open forums and awful hivemind ideas. People seem to think having a keyboard, liking games, and being able to stare at numbers makes them an expert on gameplay mechanics.

I just started using Mirage and combined with Attica Thunderbolt.... uh, I'm afraid they will probably nerf this. Her hologram clones does only 20% damage but the proc from Thunderbolt is not based on your damage so you get the flat 250 explosive even from her clones. It's ridiculous considering unlike bows, the Attica can go full auto. It's like carpet bombing an area.

But even if they do it's still drat powerful and fun without the clones so it'll still be perfectly viable. For now the important part is anyone with the Attica, Mirage and Thunderbolt should go have a blast while it's still op.
