Breaking Bad should have just split the final season into 16 1 episodes seasons, played 8 months apart. Then they could have won every award for the next 16 years.

Eh True Detective was good enough to be in, and win, the drama category. It's not like HBO missed out on a ticker tape parade for not submitting it as a miniseries. All this means is they can't put "2014 Emmy for Best Outstanding Drama" on the DVD case.
