I've actualy played it this week for the first time. I really wasn't into the violent treatment she got and it made me really uncomfortable and I kinda don't appreciate making so much of the game flirt with torture porn. It seemed really gratuitous. The first dude she kills was clearly planning to rape her (which would've been awful) but he dies pretty quick and there doesn't seem to be any other guys trying to overtly rape her on the island after that point. They kinda understand she isn't to be hosed with. saying she's on rape island is kinda dumb as the bad guys seem much more preoccupied in also getting off that shithole island or murdering dudes.
