More to the point, the whole middle part where the warrior has killed the wizard and is going home to his wife is a dream inflicted on him by the wizard. Presumably, the wizard was going to kill him in the middle of it, but the warrior wakes up to find himself still inside the tower because hey, he wasn't actually married, the wizard just assumed he was. I didn't dislike it, but I didn't think it was very funny. Unless there's some other complexity to it that I'm missing as well?

Bit late, but the woman behind the art and half the writing for oglaf has a dayjob doing animation and illustration. I doubt its in the same style though... they both did a comic called platinum grit a long time ago too.
