"Each opponent sacrifices their best creature" reads like a fine rare to me.

Wbg will have high toughness creatures... I'd like a Doran reprint. New fixing to support him, and he's a 3 mana 5/5 on his own. Fear the power of tree?

They could have easily nerfed it and put it at sorcery speed. As an instant it's pretty decent.

It's hard for me to imagine a standard that has 3 color spells as the norm. I wasn't playing during shards, but it's just so outside of what works in standard now. I'm excited to see how they are gonna push the format in that direction (fetches, probably)

Fetchlands are actually terrible if you want a three-colour format. Without typed dual lands to actually search up they're pretty much the worst possible technically-duals in terms of the fixing they provide.

Fetches are really only good for mana fixing with duals or shocks, otherwise they're subpar.

I bet if they were reprinting fetches they'd have spoiled one at the party, same as how they revealed Thoughtseize at the Theros party last year. High-profile reprints like that are really popular and rarely important to the structured rollout of the set since they don't show you anything new.
