Still untouched from this year: Mg Sazabi v.K, MG GX, and HGUC V/V2. Got my Gundam 3.0 95% complete but he's been standing there without his head being all sad and poo poo since May. Won't even get into the backlog from '13 and '12, it's just redookulous. The Hi-Nu is now in my grubby little paws (no thanks to the jugheads at the USPS) and I will either build it as fast as I am able or let it rot on my workbench for a month before shoving it in the closet with all the other corpses. Which. Will. It. Be?

I got out of Magic the Gathering and into Gunpla around the same time that my group of friends got into playing at major events. Now they're all anywhere from $1000 to $2000 into the game, and I've got about 50-60 models either in HG or MG. I still think I made the right decision, MtG gets boring fast.

I'm actually a little curious to see what comes of that Lightning Gundam, as it has a shitload of mounting tabs that don't seem to be for accessories included. If anything, at least it'll be good for sticking things like Battle Arm Arms onto.

I'm also interested in that it's a transforming HG but it looks like most of that comes from the zeta-style shield and backpack, which are also being sold in a booster to be put on other stuff. Would be cool if you could add that onto another humanoid kit and just flip the legs around and pop the shield over the head to have a quick aerial mode.

I think I finally fixed the hips and ankles on my MG Exia; I wore the hips out by an overly extreme pose, and the ankles are a known problem. It's still a bit unstable (it is MG Exia) but drat does it pose good now. RX78 2.0 and MG Exia look surprisingly decent next to each other too.

The biggest issue with MG Turn X is that the right arm is just too heavy to really do that much.

In Jabman25's video review, the right arm on his likes to fall off, but I've shaken mine and it seems fine. Of course, this could always change in time.

Sorry, but I'll probably just use it on my FA Unicorn and just straight build my Norn. I'd have to charge a pretty crazy price to make up for how much shipping was anyways.

Sometimes I'm not sure if I want to find them or not. (Then I remember that my MG God Gundam and Master Gundam are among them and I totally need to get off my rear end and try and find them again. )

I still haven't built anything, and I bought the Daughtress and the Tallgeese III last week. I don't even really like that Tallgeese III all that much! Might end up using it for parts or something. everythingWasBees fucked around with this message at 02:14 on Sep 6, 2014 |

I'm just glad my backlog is way smaller than most of yours. I see what people post here and I try not to buy new poo poo until I finish what I'm working on. Try. I have a Sazabi ver. ka, Geara Doga, Kampfer, red Rick Dias, Jesta, Nemo, F91 and Proto Zero on my wishlist... It generally takes me a month to finish an MG too, because I'm lazy. That, and if you build the whole thing in a weekend you'll get burnt out on it. I kind of dread my Turn X's legs. My least favorite part is always the legs. Well, that's not true. My true least favorite thing is all the individual beads for tubes on Zeon suits. GET IN THE ROBOT fucked around with this message at 02:32 on Sep 6, 2014 |

Nothing slows down getting through your backlog more than making each kit its own project. Exia RII has technically been done for months, I've just been really busy with other things and haven't had the time to finish painting it. Same goes for Nu vKa and its waterslides.

So here's a thing: Third party BTF is gonna release a plastic version of a conversion kit. No idea if it's going to be a full kit or just the conversion parts though(the original resin version requires a MG Freedom Gundam frame).
