why are bideo games publishers so afraid to actually put gameplay in their adds? shame? fear of disappointment? poo poo builds early in development when the ad is produced? it's everywhere and i just lol everytime i see some 30 second fmv with no clue to even the game's genre.

yr either literally stupid or being intentionally obtuse if you cant figure out why flashy whizbang marketing works over more truthful poo poo when your audience is a bunch of boorish morons

computer parts posted:Win 8.1: good(?) no point releases, unless they come out with a new windows 8 fixed up edition it doesnt fit my scale, windows 8 is just garbage they need to fix the problem that's why i counted 98 and 98 SE separately, they fixed the problem. windows 8.1 doesnt fix the problem with the pile of poo poo.

still not counting incremental point releases read the post buddy 3.1/3.11 were bug fix point releases that added minimal anything, at the end of the day windows 3.anything still was vastly inferior to 95 when it came out, like blow your brains out behind when they were still trying to patch it up. "a pile of poo poo with chocolate chips in it" isn't good or ok it is bad.

im a mac + unix guy shut up im not saying windows is better but you gotta note the pattern also not gaming the system. 98 SE really was good compared to 98s bad. windows 3.1 was not good compared ot the bad that was windows 3 entirely. and windows 2000 doesnt count. no NT kernels / business releases - the entire comparison is home user windows and NT kernel only becomes involved when it's in a consumer release, XP
