He got them fixed after he left Stargate and ballooned because he couldn't work out like he used to and he wasn't doing a TV filming schedule anymore. He looks better now.

Marcus Louis on the UK & Ireland indies used to carry Sheamus's bags. But it went beyond that he would follow Sheamus like a puppy and would quit promotions if Sheamus did. He disappeared completely when Sheamus got signed with WWE for years and years only to randomly appear in NXT around the time the Performance Centre opened. Marcus told old friends on the Irish scene that he injured himself badly during a wrestling tour of the Caribidden - which I don't think actually happened.
